Reiki Healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique. Universal life force moves through the hands to support the body’s own capacity to heal itself. As your practitioner, I hold space for that energy to move where it is needed most.
Reiki has its own intelligence. It finds what your body already knows, and helps you remember it. You might feel warmth, a light tingling, or a wave of stillness moving through you. Many people drift into the deepest calm they have felt in years.
You will leave clear, restored, and reconnected to your own wellbeing.
Sound Healing
The world is made of frequency and vibration. When we attune our own field to the frequency of creation, we return to harmony. Sound healing is one of the most direct ways there.
Tibetan singing bowls, ting sha, tuning forks, chimes, and ceremonial drums move through your energy field. They rebalance you, inside and out, clearing the pathway back to your intuition.
You will feel your body receive exactly the alignment it needs, deepening your connection to your own soul. You will leave grounded, clear headed, and with a quiet knowing of who you are.

This is the full journey home. We begin with sound. Tibetan singing bowls move through your energy field, dissolving what no longer serves and easing you into a place of pure openness. You dissolve into your infinite self.
From here, Reiki flows in. With your field clear and receptive, the energy moves deeply and intuitively, finding exactly where it is called. Every session is unique, shaped by what your energy asks for in that moment.

House Cleansing & Blessing
Every space holds energy. The people who lived there before you, the arguments, the grief, the energy that settles and stays over time. You may feel it as heaviness. A home that drains rather than restores.
I come in as an alchemist of energy. I begin by reading the energy of your space, tuning into where the heaviness lives and listening for what each room is asking for. If anything needs to be released, I attend to this first.
Then I cleanse, clear, and reset every room to a clean slate, before calling in blessings through sacred smoke, sound, affirmation, and voice.
You will feel the difference. Deeper sleep. A calm that was not there before. Your house becoming a true home.

Together, we identify what you are seeking, and I create a meditation made specifically for you. Drawing on creative visualisation and spiritual philosophy, I journey with you inward, into the places where real answers live, where guidance flows freely, and where your own soul is waiting for you.
We move through breathwork, visualisation, and sacred affirmation, helping you hear the voice within. The one that already knows your path.
You will finish with clarity, a deeper understanding of your path, and a stronger connection to your own faith and inner knowing.
